Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of growthmaxxing, a software-as-a-service product available at growthmaxxing.bharat-jaju.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bharat Jaju ("growthmaxxing", "we", "us", "our"), whose registered address is Bangalore, India.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at growthmaxxing.bharat-jaju.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

growthmaxxing helps B2B SaaS founders plan and produce marketing distribution. It generates a Reddit-signal-validated weekly distribution plan, drafts marketing copy for Reddit, X, LinkedIn and cold email, runs SEO audits, tracks your AI visibility and citations across answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, and can publish a public landing page for your product at growthmaxxing.bharat-jaju.com/products/<slug>.

growthmaxxing is a human-in-the-loop tool. We draft content; you review it and choose what to publish. We never automatically post, send or publish anything to Reddit, X, LinkedIn, email or any other platform on your behalf.

The Service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are using it for a business or professional purpose. The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is provided through Supabase. Tell us promptly at bharat@bharat-jaju.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription tiers: Intern ($29/month), Associate ($49/month) and Head of Growth ($99/month), each available on a monthly or a discounted annual billing cycle. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Paid plans are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Dodo handles checkout, billing and the collection and remittance of applicable sales taxes. Dodo’s own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. Your card and payment details are collected and stored by Dodo, not by us — they never touch our servers.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on a first-time paid subscription: if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your initial payment at bharat@bharat-jaju.com and we will coordinate a full refund through Dodo Payments. After that window, refunds are handled by Dodo Payments in accordance with their policy.

growthmaxxing drafts marketing content that you publish yourself. You are solely responsible for everything you post, send or publish using content produced with the Service, and for deciding whether and where to publish it.

When you publish content, you must comply with the rules of each platform you use (including Reddit, X, LinkedIn and any email or messaging system) and with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, GDPR and PECR for cold email and outreach.

Drafts, audits, scores, visibility reports and citation results produced by the Service are generated by automated and large-language-model systems. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are not professional, legal, financial or marketing advice.

You must review all generated output before relying on or publishing it. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranty that any output will be accurate, complete, or will achieve any particular marketing, ranking or visibility result.

You own the information you put into the Service (such as your product domain, name, description, competitors and ideal-customer profile) and the drafts and outputs we generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and use that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

We own the Service itself, including the growthmaxxing software, platform, designs and underlying models and methods. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including for hosting, payments, email, analytics and language-model processing. These providers are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or terms of third-party platforms where you choose to publish content, including Reddit, X and LinkedIn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, growthmaxxing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless growthmaxxing from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you publish using the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app at growthmaxxing.bharat-jaju.com/account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. If we terminate your account other than for breach, you keep access to any paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
